During the presentation event, the Tianyuan Li, Head of Design of xiaomi ev, revealed the Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo, the 36th brand participating in the project and the 51st prototype vehicle Vision Gran Turismo created for the legendary series.
The Xiaomi Vision Gran Turismo is a prototype electric hypercar sculpted by the wind. The teardrop-shaped cockpit is embedded in a bodywork sculpted with notches and air ducts, forming aerodynamic channels throughout the vehicle. The signature halo-shaped rear light serves as both a visual icon and a massive air outlet.
Along with innovations such as Active Wake Control System and the add-on rims, the car achieves drag coefficient 0,29, downforce -1,2 and aerodynamic efficiency rating 4,1 through iterative simulated testing, reaching new heights in balancing low drag and high downforce for electric supercars.
