Xiaomi launched in China the Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 5 Max, through the platform Youpin
The new device costs 3,599 yuan (~ $ 520 / € 455) and features advanced cleaning technology, including a direct steam injection system at 160°C and suction power 28,000Pa.

The Mijia Wireless Floor Scrubber 5 Max uses a triple cleaning system that combines steam, foam and hot waterThis system tackles tough dirt, grease and sticky grime on hard floors.
The device provides direct steam at 160°C, which dissolves dirt, removes tough stains and sterilizes surfaces. Xiaomi equipped the device with 300W boiler system that produces steam quickly, allowing users to start cleaning immediately without long waiting times.
The device sprays thick foam to break down greasy stains and uses a hot water operation at 90°C to soften sugar-based residue, such as juice or syrup. Xiaomi has designed this multi-stage cleaning process to effectively handle different types of messes.
The device is available 28,000Pa suction motor with maximum input 168AW, cylindrical brush for wet and dry debris and shark tooth comb scraper PPA with a four-layer anti-tangle system to prevent clogging due to hair.
Xiaomi has also included edge cleaning technology that uses an arm and infrared sensors to clean close to walls, furniture legs, and cabinet edges. The device can fit into gaps up to 11mm high, making it effective for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
It also has a self-cleaning system using boiling water at 100°C for disinfecting the roller brush and flushing the waste pipe. After cleaning, the roller is dried with hot air to prevent mold and odors.

It also integrates with the application HyperOS Connect and Mijia, allowing users to control cleaning functions, remotely monitor battery life, and adjust power assist. It also features color LCD screen to view information regarding features, notifications, and battery status.
