Xiaomi has officially expanded its range of smart home devices with the launch of the Mijia Smart Range Hood 3 New European Style (CXW-120-MJ12)
Currently, this premium kitchen appliance, presented exclusively in China through the JD.com, combines industrial-grade suction power with advanced artificial intelligence and smart ecosystem integration.
The Basic Features
The Mijia Smart Range Hood 3 is designed to deal with intense cooking smoke with impressive hurricane suction power 31 m³/min and maximum static pressure 1450 PaDespite this massive airflow, Xiaomi has managed to keep the acoustic profile incredibly low. Thanks to a noise reduction system that includes a high-speed DC inverter motor and a 15% enlarged impeller, the operating noise does not exceed 58 dB(A).
In terms of design and usability, the unit features a stylish space gray metal shell processed with nano-anti-oil coating to make cleaning easy. The device also features wide-area lighting in the air intake, a built-in time display, and modern controls with gesture support, so you can operate it even with wet hands.
The distinguishing feature, however, is the automatic AI modeThe hood's sensors can detect the resistance of dirt in real time and automatically adjust the motor's suction power to maintain optimal cleaning performance without unnecessary energy waste.
Pricing and availability
Xiaomi is aggressively pricing this new device to dominate the domestic market. The standard retail price is set at 4,299 yuan (about $595 USD), but the first ones will buy the device during the pre-sale phase, priced at just 3,299 yuan (about $455 USD).
This product is currently exclusively available in China and it remains unknown whether Xiaomi will later promote it in other markets – including Europe.
