Xiaomi is preparing to dynamically strengthen the T series with the new Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro, which have already started to leak through official renders and technical specifications
The new devices seem to continue the successful collaboration with Leica, placing special emphasis on both design and photographic capabilities.

The renders reveal a refined design for the devices, with clean lines and a strong presence of the Leica camera on the back. The aesthetics seem to be clearly influenced by the collaboration with Leica, with the camera module referring to professional cameras.
Color options vary by model:
- Xiaomi 17t: will have brighter colors like blue and pink
- Xiaomi 17t pro: more “serious” tones such as black and dark blue are presented
The overall build seems to be premium, aiming to directly compete with flagship devices from other manufacturers.

According to the leaks, the two models come with significant upgrades:

One of the strongest points of the series is the photographic system, which will be common to both models:
- Main camera: sensor at 50 SM (OmniVision sensor)

The collaboration with Leica is expected to significantly improve image quality, especially in portraits and night shots, continuing the philosophy we saw in previous models of the company.
Software and performance
The new smartphones will come with HyperOS 3.1 based on Android 16, offering an improved user experience and better resource management, which in combination with the new MediaTek chipsets, are expected to offer high performance in both everyday use and gaming.

Xiaomi 17t pro : up to 1100€
Other sources say that the basic version may start at around 749€, With the Pro to reach the 999€ depending on the configuration.
The official announcement is expected in the coming months.
The Xiaomi 17t seems to be raising the bar in the category of “flagship killers”, combining:
- premium design with Leica aesthetics
- top cameras
- huge batteries
- powerful hardware
If the leaks are confirmed, then the Xiaomi 17T and 17T Pro have all the conditions to be one of the most interesting releases of the year.
