Xiaomi has just launched its global launch HyperOS 3, however, the company is now preparing to introduce the HyperOS 3.1 in the domestic market of China
Unfortunately, however, more than 20 devices are expected to miss the upgrade to HyperOS 3.1, including Poco F5 Pro, many Redmi Note smartphones and older Xiaomi flagships.

Xiaomi has already started releasing the stable versions of HyperOS 3 both globally and in China. The company has announced different software release schedules in China than in other markets.
Now, it XiaomiTime reports that Xiaomi has already started recruiting for the BETA program for the release HyperOS 3.1 for devices registered in the domestic market of China. Obviously, one of the main innovations that will distinguish the HyperOS 3.1 by HyperOS 3.0 it's an updated recent apps drawer.

Drawing inspiration from Apple just like it does Hyper Island by Dynamic Island, the new recents drawer will be unified through refined memory management, offering improved animations and helping to reduce app launch times.
According to XiaomiTime's claims, only devices that have received HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 will then receive the upgrade to the upcoming HyperOS 3.1. On the other hand, those that upgrade to HyperOS 3 based on Android 15 will completely miss the upgrade to HyperOS 3.1.
In accordance with XiaomiTime, the list of devices that will remain on HyperOS 3.0 once Xiaomi completes the stable release of HyperOS 3.1 exceeds 20, and includes older models such as the Redmi Notes 12 Turbo.
