The new Redmi Turbo 5 series is scheduled to be released tomorrow for the Chinese market and consists of two new models
Shortly before the release of the new series, the Redmi revealed and confirmed some of its main specifications Redmi Turbo 5 which will make up the new smartphone series.
Through a series of posts from Redmi on its platform Weibo, it was confirmed that the new Turbo 5 will be powered by the MediaTek's Dimensity 8500-Ultra SoCAlong with the SoC, there will also be LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and internal storage UFS 4.1.
Continuing with the interior Redmi Turbo 5, it is reported that there will be a special cooling system, which has 3D ice-sealed vapor chamber, which is responsible for heat dissipation in the device. Reference is also made to battery whose capacity will be 7,560mAh with wired charging speed at 100W and support for reverse charging at 27W.
The remaining specifications that were revealed have to do with the AMOLED screen that will be available at 6.59″ and it is also reported that the device will feature a metal frame, thin screen bezels, and a glass panel on its back.
As for the availability of the device, according to its posts Redmi, we know it will come in two shades named White and Mint Green.
Its original value Redmi Turbo 5 is expected to be close to CNY 2,000 (€240) during its launch for the Chinese market.
