Xiaomi officially announced the new one in China Redmi Pad 2 Pro Learning Edition aimed mainly at students and educational use
This is a special edition of the tablet Redmi Pad 2 Pro, aimed primarily at students and educational use, bringing with it smart artificial intelligence functions and additional accessories.
Designed for education
The new model is based on the already known Redmi Pad 2 Pro (released in 2025), however, it is significantly differentiated thanks to its educational orientation. Although the hardware remains the same, Xiaomi has integrated features and services that make it ideal for students.
Screen and performance
The tablet has 12.1-inch display with 2.5K resolution, refresh rate 120Hz and matte surface to reduce reflections and allow for comfortable long-term use
Inside Redmi Pad 2 Pro Learning Edition we find the processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, in combination with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage.
The big 12.000mAh battery ensures long-term use of the device, while supporting fast charging at 33W and reverse charging at 27W for the other devices.
AI capabilities for learning
The Redmi Pad 2 Pro Learning Edition stands out thanks to its smart training functions:
- AI Teacher: Interactive “teacher” who answers questions in real time
- Automatic task correction: Controls exercises with a tap and provides feedback
