Along with Redmi K90 Max, Xiaomi also introduced today the REDMI K Pad 2, the company's latest flagship compact tablet
The REDMI K Pad 2 packs a customized 8.8″ 3K resolution LCD screen with a renewal rate of 165Hz, which is the same as its predecessor, but with increased HBM brightness at 1100 nits and touch sampling rate at 540 Hz with many fingers.
The tablet is powered by the Dimensity 9500 SoC by Mediatek based on TSMC's 3 nm node, while it has excellent large liquid-cooled VC heat dissipation system which is made of aluminum alloy with a total area of 15300 mm², which significantly improves heat dissipation speed and supports Gaming at 3K resolution with refresh rate at 165 Hz, in more than 40+ mainstream games in China.
With this new tablet, Xiaomi offers a newly upgraded eye protection solution, which supports DC dimming, reduces blue light, and eliminates flicker. The tablet is powered by a battery at 9100mAh with fast charging support at 67W.
There are also additional features that enhance the K Pad 2's gaming experience, such as the dual USB-C port for simultaneous charging and audio playback, the placement 360° surround antenna for improved signal coverage, bypass charging and dual large speakers (1620) with sound optimization by Bose.

The REDMI K Pad 2 is already on sale in China with an immediate discount of 200 yuan on all models, and will be available from April 28, 2026.
