Xiaomi is getting ready to launch a new affordable phone in India, which is none other than the Poco C71
The Poco C71 appeared on a special page in his online store Flipkart in India, where the main features of the device were revealed, but we also learned that it will be available in the country on 4 April and will cost under 7.000 rupees (about $ 80 / € 75).
The Poco C71 will have6,88″ screen (probably LCD) with refresh rate up to 120 HzThe posters that were released inform us that the screen is “the most eye-friendly user screen", which means it will be one of the few affordable devices that is certified by TUV Rheinland for low blue light emissions and minimal screen flicker.

The Poco C71 will be powered by one battery at 5.200 mAh that will support the 15W wired charging and Xiaomi will also provide the charger in the box of the device. The promotional posters also revealed to us that the battery of the device will be able to maintain at least 80% of its capacity even after 3 years of use.
The main camera on the back of the device will feature sensor at 32 MP, while the front Selfie camera will have a sensor at 8 SM which will be housed under a water drop-shaped notch.
The Poco C71 will be equipped with 6 GB RAM and with one SoC with octa-core CPUThis SoC can reach Their score is 300,000 on AnTuTu, which doesn't tell us much, but don't forget that we're dealing with a very cheap Smartphone.
The phone will obviously run the Android 15 Go and Xiaomi will support it with 2 years of Android updates and 4 years of Google security updates.
The phone looks a lot like the Redmi A5 with Unisoc's T7250 SoCWhich sold in Europe for 99€.
