Xiaomi seems to be preparing to bring another budget tablet to more markets, this time under its own brand. Poco
Η POCO seems to be preparing a new budget tablet for the international market, as a new listing on FCC revealed the first details of the upcoming POCO C-Pad.
FCC certification and basic information
The device appeared in the database of FCC with model number 2603APC14GAlthough the name “POCO C-Pad” is not explicitly mentioned in the listing, it has already been linked to it via HyperOS code.
The certification also confirms support for 18W charging, while there are indications that the charger may not be included in the package. An interesting element concerns the color options, as the tablet will be available in Pantone shades such as Cool Gray and Red, adding a more “lively” touch to its design.
Possible specifications
According to the information so far, the POCO C-Pad it is not a completely new product, but is probably a rebrand of Redmi Pad 2 9.7.

If this is confirmed, then we expect the following features:
- LCD 9.7-inch display with 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate
- Metal body weighing approximately 401g
- Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 processor (4G)
- Up to 4GB RAM and 128GB storage (with microSD)
- Cameras: 8MP rear and 5MP front
- Dual speakers and headphone jack (3.5mm jack)
- Optional 4G connectivity
Battery and software
The tablet is rumored to feature battery at 7.600mAh, which can comfortably provide over a day of use with mixed usage.
At the software level, it is expected to run HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, with functions such as:
- Multi-device connectivity

When is it expected?
The appearance in FCC is usually one of the last steps before the official announcement, which means that the global launch of POCO C-Pad it is probably very close.
The POCO C-Pad seems to be clearly targeting the budget tablet category, offering decent performance and modern features without exaggeration. If the rebranding strategy is confirmed, then we are talking about a proven “recipe” that is simply expanding to more markets.
