Xiaomi has launched a new smart foot spa in China – the Mijia Smart Airbag Foot Bath 2 Pro Lift.
The new smart foot bath device is now available for pre-order at JD.com at a retail price of 1,149 yuan (~ $ 161 / € 140).

This product features a double-screw electric lifting structure, which allows the bathtub to automatically rise and fold with the push of a button. Xiaomi claims that this innovative mechanism has passed over 10,000 lifting tests without any problems. The Mijia smart foot spa can be extended in height to 35 acres during use and folds in just 18 cm, making it ideal for easy storage under furniture or next to cabinets.
Xiaomi has equipped the device with a full-size foot airbag massage system that surrounds both the foot and the sole. In the settings, the device can offer a three-zone massage that focuses on the toes, arches, and heels.
The base of the device is lined with a soft TPE pad which is gentle on the skin and helps prevent dirt buildup. As for the foot bath, the device also supports heating and vibration functions, which help improve blood flow and reduce foot fatigue.
For hygiene, the foot bath uses a UV sterilization lamp that is integrated into the water pipe. This sterilization system can eliminates bacteria such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus with a sterilization rate reaching 99,9%. The ultraviolet light remains confined to the internal plumbing of the device to avoid direct skin exposure to the radiation.
Xiaomi has also integrated a heating and water separation system into the device (electrical DPS separation), which maintains the water temperature between 35°C and 48°C. If the temperature exceeds 54°C, the device triggers an alarm and automatically stops heating. The unit has a 1,5 meter long power cable with built-in leakage protection, and cuts off the power supply to the device within 0,1 seconds if an electrical fault or liquid leak is detected.

The system has ten smart massage functions, four customizable presets and a seven-day foot bath diary, for detailed usage tracking.
The device includes a smart LED control panel, a timer adjustable between 5 and 60 minutes and a memory function that recalls your preferred settings. The design also incorporates a hidden carrying handle, along with bottom casters for easy movement. It uses drainage system with the assistance of gravity and supports self-cleaning with one touch for greater convenience.
