As the HyperOS 1, 2 & 3 continues to evolve and grow, some problems may arise and affect smoothness and functionality of the phone in everyday use
This is why the Mi Testers and Mi Fans work hard to find and report these issues, so developers will provide fixes as soon as possible. In this new series of threads, we intend to share with all of you his fans Mi, the most common issues found in ROM.
So, let's start with the list of problems.
HyperOS Weekly Bug Report (All Regions – Vol.235 – March 13, 2026)
Appliances : Xiaomi 15
- Problem: The device automatically restarts when opening the camera
- Affected version: OS3.0.9.0.WOCEUXM – (EEA/EU European ROM)
- Condition : We identified an issue that caused the device to crash and restart when opening the Camera app if the system language was set to certain locales, including Assamese, Burmese, Urdu (India/Pakistan), Persian, Nepali, Marathi, and Bengali (India). This was due to a background text encoding error. We have successfully pushed a fix Cloud Control on March 2, resolving the issue for all users. A permanent fix will also be included in future stable updates.
Appliances : Xiaomi 12t pro
- Problem: Device freezes with orange screen when playing video Dolby on Netflix
- Affected version: OS3.0.1.0.VLFMIXM – (Global ROM)
- Condition : We have identified a compatibility issue with Dolby secure decoder which causes the device to freeze with an orange screen when playing the NetflixWe have temporarily discontinued the affected version. As a temporary solution, you can uninstall and reinstall the Netflix appA permanent fix has been developed and will be included in the upcoming system update (OS3.0.2.0.VLFMIXM).
Appliances : Redmi Note 14 Pro + 5G
- Problem: The device restarts and enters recovery mode (Recovery)
- Affected version: OS2.0.205.0.VOPINXM – (India ROM)
- Condition :We have identified that this issue only occurs on devices with unauthorized modifications to their hardware properties (falsified NV data). This violation causes the system to fail security checks when upgrading to Android 16, causing the device to fail the boot process and enter recovery mode.
Because this issue is strictly limited to unofficially modified devices, no official software fix will be provided.

- Third-party application FC / No response [Xiaomi 15t pro]
