HP, a global leader in digital printing technologies, and ePac, announced the signing of a large-scale commercial agreement that seals their long-term strategic relationship
Chalandri, February 19, 2026 – Η HP, a global leader in digital printing technologies, and the ePac, a pioneer and global leader in digital flexible packaging printing, announced the signing of a large-scale commercial agreement that seals their long-term strategic relationship. The total value of the agreement, including equipment, consumables and services for three years, is estimated at 50 million.
The agreement was signed during a landmark visit by ePac’s executive team to Israel, marking a decade of strategic collaboration between the companies. This partnership has led to a significant transformation in the global flexible packaging industry, accelerating the transition from traditional analog production to digital printing, enabling full flexibility for brands of all sizes, true on-demand production and dramatically reducing lead times from weeks to just days. These capabilities minimize excess inventory and waste throughout the supply chain.
As part of the agreement, ePac, which currently operates a fleet of more than 50 presses H.P. Indigo, will install more than 10 HP Indigo 200K digital presses, expanding and strengthening HP Indigo's global fleet with these new Gen 5 presses.
The immediate market value of this machine is approximately $20 million, with an additional $30 million in expected revenue from consumables and technical services over the next three years.

By responding decisively to these changes, our joint efforts have helped reshape the industry and are now delivering tangible results. This new agreement underscores the strength of our partnership and provides ePac with even greater ability to respond faster, minimize waste, increase profitability and continue to define the future of digital flexible packaging., he said Oran Sokol, VP & Global Head of Strategic Sales at HP Industrial Print.
Ο Parag Patel, President Shared Services, ePac, said:
Whether we support a local startup or a global brand, our focus remains on delivering a universally superior customer experience. With our upcoming expansion into Phoenix and the launch of our new e-commerce platform, ePac is marking a future of relentless growth and innovation with a digital-first approach that our competitors simply cannot match.
Ο Noam Zilberstein, VP & General Manager HP Indigo stressed:
We are proud to lead the global digital transformation of the packaging industry from our development center in Ness Ziona and our production lines in Kiryat Gat.
Based on the new 5th generation platform of HP Indigo, the HP Indigo 200K offers a significant leap in productivity with an increase in print speed of approximately 30% and up to 45% higher overall yield compared to the previous generation. The presses incorporate advanced artificial intelligence tools for automated diagnosis of print quality and real-time defect detection and correction. These capabilities support continuous, uninterrupted printing and significantly reduce waste, helping global brands reduce their carbon footprint and meet stringent sustainability goals.
The new presses will be installed across ePac’s global facilities in North America and Europe. Once installed, nearly a third of ePac’s global press fleet will be based on the innovative HP Indigo 200K platform. This strategic investment further strengthens ePac’s leadership position in the evolution of the digital flexible packaging industry.
All of these developments reinforce HP Indigo’s vision for Nonstop Digital Printing, delivering uninterrupted 24/7 production that combines consistent quality with profitable performance. Supported by reliable presses and seamlessly automated workflows, HP Indigo opens up endless possibilities in inks, applications and design, giving converters the flexibility and creative freedom to respond faster to market demands. Backed by a trusted customer experience, fast service and a clear commitment to sustainable innovation, HP Indigo continues to set the standard for digital printing, shaping the future of work and driving continuous excellence across the industry.
